I enjoy motivating students of all ages and all bodies to discover what they are capable of with focused work in strength, mobility, and a lot of pure enjoyment. Currently, I offer regular classes in Silks, Rope, Conditioning, and Yoga, and I am available for Hammock and Dance Trapeze, as well as youth and adult private lessons.

In addition to being a graduate of Paper Doll Militia’s In-Person Silks Teacher Training Program, I am also a RYS 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and a member of Yoga Alliance.

What students say about Heather:

From Aerial Arts NYC:

“Heather’s curiosity about safe, efficient and beautiful movement is evident in the way she incorporates exercises and tips from her travels throughout the aerial world in her classes. She is thoughtful about the way that different bodies work and is great at making class challenging and fun for students of all levels of experience. I always leave class not only feeling that I’ve gotten a full-body workout, but also that I better understand how to use my body to meet my aerial goals — and to function in the world.” - Lori Y, NYC

“Heather is a great instructor and a pleasure to work with. Her classes are well thought out: they are challenging, yet you don’t really notice it much because they are also great fun. She is warm and encouraging, great at adjusting and tweaking things to fit your specific needs, and attentive to detail. I always feel good after her class.” Una S, NYC

From Kinetic Arts Center, Oakland, CA:

“I took Heather's [Breathing Like an Opera Singer] class at Kinetic Arts Center's Circus Celebration. I learned that breathing can help me stay balanced. It was also helpful for me being an instructor, learning how to demonstrating the moves on apparatuses and talking at the same time”. - Elly Z, San Jose, CA
